- Client information: once you engage us, the tax, income, business and financial information and documents needed to provide our services, including taxpayer identification numbers. Client documents are exchanged through our secure client portal, not by email or text.
- Communications: messages you send us and records of our calls and correspondence.
Information collected automatically
When you use our website we receive standard technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and time of visit. When you submit a form with SMS consent, we record the date, time, IP address and consent wording as evidence of your consent.
Payment information
Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We don’t store full card numbers on our systems.
